No, and there is nothing to cancel. A pass is a single payment for a fixed number of days, there is no recurring charge and no card or wallet is stored, so it simply ends on its own date. If you do not want another pass, do nothing. An unpaid invoice can be closed from your profile.

Yes, within limits set out in section 8 of the Terms and Conditions. If you have not opened any premium content, email [email protected] within 48 hours of payment and we refund the pass in full. If premium features are unavailable because of a fault on our side and we cannot fix it in reasonable time, we refund the unused days. Overpayments and duplicate payments are returned if you tell us within 30 days. What we do not refund is a pass already used to read premium content, on the grounds of disappointment with the predictions themselves: they are forecasts, not advice, and no result is promised anywhere on the site. Refunds go back in the crypto you paid with, minus the network fee at the time of the refund.

New forecasts go up once a day, football at 00:01 UTC and basketball at 00:45, covering the next 3 days of fixtures. A fixture enters the slate on the first night a price for it arrives, so the far end of that window keeps filling in. A forecast that is already published is never rewritten, so the pick you read in the morning is the pick you'll read at kickoff. Each page carries its kickoff time, the moment the forecast was generated and the model version behind it.

No account is needed to view predictions. Creating a free account lets you subscribe to premium, manage preferences, and receive newsletters. Registration requires only a name, email, and password.
