1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using superiortips.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. We also use cookies to remember your language preferences. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.
2. Services Provided
superiortips.com offers sports predictions, including "Bet of the Day," accumulators, and expected goals (xG) statistics. We do not accept or facilitate bets.
3. Affiliate Links
The Site may contain links to third-party bookmakers. These are affiliate links, and we may earn commissions if you register or make transactions through them. We do not endorse or guarantee the services of these third parties.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction to use this Site. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
5. Premium Passes
Most of the Site is free. A Premium pass unlocks the model depth layer on match pages and unlimited use of the accumulator builder. Two passes are sold: a Season Pass covering 365 days and a Quarter Pass covering 90 days. Each is a single purchase for a fixed number of days, not a subscription. Prices are shown in US dollars on the Premium page before you pay, they differ by country, and the price displayed to you at checkout is the price charged.
6. Payment and Activation
Payment is by cryptocurrency only, processed by our payment provider NOWPayments. You send the exact amount shown on the invoice, on the network shown, and your pass activates automatically once the payment confirms on chain. We never see or hold your card details, and there is no card or wallet stored on file. A payment sent on the wrong network, or for less than the invoiced amount, does not activate a pass: contact support and we will sort it out. Invoices expire if left unpaid, and an expired invoice can be recreated from your profile at any time.
7. No Automatic Renewal
Nothing renews automatically and nothing recurring is ever charged. Your pass runs for the number of days you bought and then simply stops, and premium features lock again on that date. Because there is no recurring charge, there is no subscription to cancel: if you do not want another pass, do nothing. An unpaid invoice can be closed from your profile. Buying a new pass while one is still running adds its days to the end of the current pass rather than replacing it.
8. Refunds
Premium passes are digital access, delivered as soon as your payment confirms on chain, and sold as a single payment rather than a subscription. Unused pass, 48 hours: if you have not opened any premium content, email us within 48 hours of payment and we refund the pass in full. If we fail to deliver: if premium features are unavailable to you because of a fault on our side and we cannot fix it in a reasonable time, we refund the unused days of your pass, calculated per day. Stronger local rights: if the consumer law of your country gives you a wider right of withdrawal, that law applies and we follow it. Overpayments and duplicates: tell us within 30 days and we return the difference or the duplicate payment. What we do not refund: a pass that has been used to view premium content, on the grounds of dissatisfaction with the predictions themselves. Predictions are forecasts, not advice, and no result is promised anywhere on this Site. How refunds are paid: in the same cryptocurrency you paid with, to an address you confirm to us in writing. The network fee at the time of the refund comes out of the refunded amount. Movement in the exchange rate between your payment and the refund is not covered, because each transaction is converted at its value on the day it is made. To request a refund, email [email protected] from the address on your account and include the date of payment. We answer refund requests within five business days.
